Introduction
This article will outline the steps necessary to join TPN.health and be approved as a user. Registering to TPN.health requires that you be licensed to practice independently as a behavioral health professional. Your license must be in good standing with any appropriate governing licensing board. We are currently accepting professional counselors, social workers, addiction professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. Please see our help page for further information.
Applying
The first step in registering would be to navigate to our onboarding page, which can be found here:

Once on this page, you will be prompted to enter the following information:
- Your name
- Email address (please note: this email address should be used when registering for all online events)
- Profession and license number
- License issuing board/governing body
- Practice location
Once this info is submitted, a member of the TPN.health team will review your information to confirm that your license is in good standing. Confirmation normally takes 24-48 hours. If more information is needed or if there are other problems with confirming your license, a team member will reach out to you for corrections.
If your license is confirmed, a message will be sent indicating that your profile has been approved.
Non-Licensed Users
We can approve users who are not licensed practitioners. This often includes administrators, paraprofessionals, or ancillary staff who support direct client services. Non-licensed users are able to participate in online events and maintain profiles, but would not have access to clinician-specific functions.
