Having issues connecting to a webinar? Trouble opening TPN emails, links not working, etc.? We recommend having the most up to date internet browser to begin. To update Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge see below.
To update Google Chrome:
|1. On your computer, open Chrome|
|2. At the top right, click More|
|3. Click Update Google Chrome|
|4. Finally, click Relaunch|
To update Safari:
|1. On your Mac computer, click the Apple logo on the top left|
|2. Click System Preferences...|
|3. Select "Software Update" - it's marked with a gear icon|
|4. Your computer will then check if there are any updates or upgrades available for your Mac|
|5. If there are upgrades available, click "Upgrade Now" to continue|
To update Microsoft Edge:
|1. Click the menu button in the top-right corner of your Edge browser window|
|2. The button will look like 3 horizontal dots|
|3. Point to “Help & Feedback” and click “About Microsoft Edge”|
|4. Edge will check for any updates and automatically install any available|
Internet Explorer Disclaimer: Microsoft will end support for Internet Explorer 11 across its Microsoft 365 apps and services next year. On August 17th, 2021, Internet Explorer 11 will no longer be supported for Microsoft's online services like Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook, and more. We highly recommend using a different browser given the support of Internet Explorer ending.

ISSUE WITH OPENING LINKS
Sometimes the security measures imposed by your place of work may interfere with links in emails from TPN. We generally recommend - when possible - to open emails at home or otherwise outside your work network. More on this topic.
