This article reviews the process of resetting your password in cases when you have forgotten it and/or cannot access your TPN.health account. Please note that you can change your password while logged in. These instructions will be useful when you cannot log in.
Requesting a Password Reset
For security reasons, TPN.health staff do not have access to your password information. If your password is lost, you will need to reset it.
1. Navigate your browser to https://tpn.health. Hit the "Sign In" button at the top right. You should then see a sign-in screen that looks like this:
Click the "Forgot Password" link indicated above. You'll be taken to a password reset request screen that looks like this:
Enter the email address associated with your TPN.health account. You will be emailed a link to a page where you can change your password. For best practices in choosing a secure password, please refer to this article from the Federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
Please make note of this password so that you remember it. We always recommend that you keep your password secure and difficult to guess, and that you never share your password with anybody. A TPN.health Support Provider will never ask you for your password.
